Login Help

My login doesn't seem to work.

If you can log in but can't access any other page, you have to check "Override automatic cookie handling" in the Internetoptions menu in the tab Privacy.

Additionally you have to check "Accept session cookies". See screenshot.

How to get access to the Focus Support System?

To register for access to the Focus Support System click "Register" above the login form and fill out the required form fields. Upon successful registration, our support team will check your information and activate your account. You will receive an E-Mail regarding your activation as soon as possible.

I registered some time ago, but I still can't login nor did I receive an activation email. What can I do?

How can I open a bug ticket?

First access the ticket system by clicking on "Ticket System" in the menu on the right. You will get a list of the tickets of your company. Almost on the top of this page you will find a link named "Create Report". A click on this link brings you to the selection what kind of ticket you want to open. Choose "Bug" and click the submit button. The last step is to fill in the fields of the bug form and click on "Send report". That's it.

I forgot my password, how can I retrieve it?

You can't retrieve it yourself. Only our support team can reset your password, therefore please contact the support team.

How can I change my personal information?

You can change your personal information at any time. All you have to do is log in and click on "My Profile".

Where can I download Focus Infocom products / updates?

The download section is only available to customers or partners. In order to get access to our products or updates, please log in and click on "Download". If you're looking for a special download and you can't find it, please contact our support team.
